How do I take care of my Iona Lily pieces?
Any items that have rhinestones or crochet attached please dry clean only or hand wash at 30 degrees. Any other pieces will be able to machine wash at 40 degrees.Please make sure you handle our clothing with care.
Loan requests?
Please email ionalily@outlook.com for any queries for styling / loan requests. A deposit is needed for each item.
I've entered my shipping address wrong, how can I change it?
We would be more than happy to change your shipping address as long as your order has not been shipped. Please get in contact with the shipping courier that is included in your confirmation email but we cannot guarantee this will be possible. Please contact info@ionalily.com so we can further assist!
I want to cancel my order, what can I do?
Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel your order. Once received you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as it meets our return criteria.
Will I have to pay for customs and duties?
Duties, taxes and other custom fees are calculated pending on the value of your purchase and the country of which your order is being shipped to. The value will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Head to our shipping page for more information.
I have placed an order but I have not received an order confirmation or any further communication, what should I do?
Make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it has ended up in there. If you still cannot find it, please contact ionalily@outlook.com. Make sure to to include your name, email and order number.
How often do you restock items?
We are always trying to restock the most popular styles however some pieces are made from deadstock which can sometimes mean it can take a little more time than usual to find the right material again. By signing up for restock notifications, we will do our best get more in! Once more stock is available, you will be notified via email.
How do I know what size I am?
