Shipping Policy

Each order is usually processed and sent within 14 days - please be accepting of the time it takes to make your order as each piece is handmade, please have patience and respect whilst your order is being processed as sometimes it could be up to 3 weeks.  You will receive a follow up email with shipping confirmation & tracking so you can keep a close eye on your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy ​

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date and sent back within 5 days of the request.

Late returns will not be accepted. Returns must be sent back in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We will not accept any clothing that shows signs of wear. ​

Exchanges will be accepted for the same style in a different size, all exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. ​ Please respect and understand that each piece you order is handmade which takes time and care.
